Simply return the item within 90 days of purchase to get an immediate refund. No questions asked.

At Little Doodahs, we hand select each item in our store to ensure it is fun, unique and of such fine quality that you and the little ones in your life will be absolutely delighted with it.

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the items, please contact customer service via email at customerservice@littledoodahs.com and let our customer service agent know which item(s) you would like to return. Via email; a return item number will be issued to you, please include return item number with your invoice and return unwanted item(s).
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for LittleDoodahs.com to refund your credit card upon receipt. Upon return and receipt of the product,LittleDoodahs.com will credit the item.
If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, LittleDoodahs.com will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. Contact customer service via email at customerservice@littledoodahs.com; and let our customer service agent know which item(s) you would like to exchange. You will receive an email from our customer service agent with an exchange order number for your reference and a packing slip to send back with your order.
Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange your purchase.

Do I have to pay to send items back for a return/exchange?
Yes. At this time, you have to pay to send returns back to LittleDoodahs.com, but you will get free shipping on exchange orders.
How long will it take to process my refund?
It will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to process your refund.
What do I do if LittleDoodahs.com made a mistake with my order?
Let us know! We are more than happy to discuss any issues or questions you have about your order. Our customer care representatives are available from 10am to 6pm PST, and can be reached via email at customerservice@littledoodahs.com.
Domestic Shipping
We use USPS for shipping, and have three delivery service options to choose from:
Delivery Service
- First-Class Mail- $1.95
Orders take 1-2 days to process and up to 2-5 business days to be delivered, excluding holidays.
- Priority Mail - $6.95
Orders take 1-2 days to process and up to 2-3 business days to be delivered, excluding holidays.
- Express Mail - $24.95
Your order should arrive within 3 business days after you place your order. Orders take up to 24 hours to process and 2 business days to be delivered, excluding holidays. This shipping service includes tracking information.
For Express Mail service, order must be placed by 10am, Pacific time to ensure on time delivery. The shipment will arrive by the end of the business day. Next Day Orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Friday (after 11 a.m. PST), Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday except on Holidays. No orders will be shipped or received on Holidays. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following Business Day.
Special Note regarding APO, FPO, PO Boxes:
Please select Standard Shipping and allow 9 to 15 days to PO Boxes, and up to 45 days to APO and FPO.
